Defensive Basic handgun- Concealed Carry
We offer a complete 200 round concealed carry course. It includes Utah Application , Concealed carry course, weapons safety and manipulation, use of force legal standard and a 200 round basic handgun shooting package. We teach Evidence Based Practices (EBP) not theory based. Theory based being someone taught me to teach -without real-world experience. When completed individuals will be competent to safely store, carry & deploy their weapon system and have the confidence to use their weapon in their defense. You will also understand the ballistic nature and emotional and psychological effects of using a weapon to defend yourself. The effects on family, friends, church, newspaper coverage and on the individual. We include photo, fingerprints, envelope and stamp to mail in application
Tactical /Back country Trauma Med Course (TBTM)
This is a trauma medic course that is 80% hands on training. Using evidence-based Practices (EBP). This Tactile course teaches students what to carry in an Individual First aid Kit (IFAK). Recommended for all who are involved in austere environments and outdoor activities or emergency preparedness. It teaches the student how to save lives when unforeseen events such as random acts of violence, natural disaster, outdoor adventure, mobile platform and home accidents occur. The instructor’s expertise in real world operations on 5 Continents (OCONUS) and within the United States (CONUS) will identify & fill gaps in current mainstream trauma care.
This course will also include Triage for mass casualty & improvised trauma bandaging using common -everyday items.
